About Royalty Management Software Reports
One highlight of the Royalty Management Software Program is the dynamic report utility. A total of about 37 different reports are available for summarizing and printing out your royalty and property data. The reports are divided into three main groups:
Revenue Reports - a series of reports that provide the user complete management and surveillance of their oil and gas revenues and expenses (including taxes) associated with each of their producing properties (wells).
Property Reports - a series of reports that enable the user to quickly and efficiently manage all aspects of their mineral and royalty interests, along with associated bonus, rental, seismic, and royalty income for each tract (parcel) of the mineral and royalty owner.
Surveillance Reports - a series of reports based on a 12 month comparison between royalty data from the payor company and data received from the State or other reporting agency, and a 12 month summary of royalty net income by payor.
NOTE: Custom reports may be designed by the RMP user through a spreadsheet software. All information entered into the program is stored within dBase files identified with the .dbf extension. Any of these data files may be imported into spreadsheet software such as Lotus or Microsoft Excel and rearranged into a custom report format.
