Property Management Features

        The Royalty Management Program (RMP) software provides the user a comprehensive means of entering property information from mineral deeds, leases, and division order documents which pertain to each of the tracts (parcels) of the mineral or royalty owner.  This input data consists of property description, property location, ownership information, lease date and term, rental date, seismic permits, division order records, etc.  RMP then compiles this information and outputs the results to a series of Property Reports, enabling the user to quickly and efficiently manage all aspects of their mineral and royalty interests, along with associated bonus, rental, seismic, and royalty income for each tract (parcel) of the mineral and royalty owner.
