Where can I find Production Data reported to the State?

State regulations require each producer to submit production data for each producing property/lease.  Production Data for each royalty property/lease reported to the State can be obtained by the royalty owner in many ways.  The most direct way is to contact the responsible state office and request the information.  Another way is to subscribe to a service that collects and publishes this data.  The following are frequently used services:

Why is RMP slow at opening up my account?

When your record count becomes too large (ie. 30,000 payment records), RMP takes longer to process the data.  You may need to ARCHIVE data for previous years.  The data that is archived is the Payment Data and the In-Active Division Order records, based on a time frame.  The Archived Data is still accessible through the Table View for viewing the data, or can be restored through the Archive feature for one month, one year, etc.
