When your record count becomes too large (ie. 30,000 payment records), RMP takes longer to process the data. You may need to ARCHIVE data for previous years. The data that is archived is the Payment Data and the In-Active Division Order records, based on a time frame. The Archived Data is still accessible through the Table View for viewing the data, or can be restored through the Archive feature for one month, one year, etc.
Data Entry Problems:
Q. Sometimes
when I input data, why does my data disappears?
A. Certain data is
selected in the Data Query - reset or change the data query selection.
Q. Can I scan
check receipt data into RMP?
A. Not until there
is a standardized check receipt.
