Welcome to The Hise Company!

The Hise Company offers a wide range of consulting petroleum and geological services to private mineral owners, financial institutions, professionals in legal affairs, independent and major oil companies, land and timber companies and investment counselors, primarily in the Southeast and Southwest United States.

The firm has offered consulting services on a continuous basis since 1968, and brings to all clients a wide diversity of accumulated knowledge and expertise.  Throughout all phases of this consulting practice, The Hise Company strives to maintain the highest of professional and ethical standards.

We offer general consulting services pertaining to geological, drilling, production and reservoir engineering.  The Hise Company has particular expertise in the areas of oil and gas reserve evaluation for property acquisition; competitive lease bidding; the direct and indirect investing in oil and gas properties; and mineral appraisals for estate taxes, bank loans, S.E.C. disclosures, et cetera.  

Other areas of specialty are drilling practices and lost production related to well blowouts and oil field accidents, pooling and unitization of petroleum properties, secondary and tertiary recovery and the mineral management problems of mineral owners.  The Hise company issues numerous reports every month in the field of oil and gas reserve evaluation and property appraisal.
